The Student

Hi!

So, to continue contributing to my creativity (and to my website), I’ve decided to participate in the #52WeekWritingChallenge, where I plan to contribute as many poems as I can. StoryMirror has been organizing the event for the last five years now.

As part of the challenge, the jury will provide a prompt for each week.

For this week, the prompt was a winter evening outdoors.

I am a writer by passion and profession. I eat, speak, and sleep writing—although, not always in the same order. My work journal enlists sales, writing and editing, and technology stints. I can adapt to changes, and learn from challenges with the curiosity levels of a baby. I like to share stories—as if you hadn’t guessed that one yet. When I am at my work desk, my team knows me for my translation skills: I translate complexities into solutions.
